Before starting mass production, we charge for the time spent on several important tasks. These include finding the right manufacturer, comparing market options, creating, and approving a final sample. This entire process usually takes between 2 weeks to 2 months.

At WEIN, we understand that achieving great results requires significant effort and attention during the pre-production phase. Therefore, we cannot provide this level of service at no cost to any business seeking the benefits that the WEIN team offers.

No, the Basic and Premium Packages require a one-time fee, while Product Development has a monthly fee.

If you run a startup or small business that imports fewer than $100,000 USD worth of products per year, the Basic Sourcing option is ideal for you.

If your business needs to source or develop more than 10 products or if you plan to import over $100,000 per year, we suggest the Premium Sourcing option. Although it has a higher initial fee, it includes free factory audits and quality control inspections, and there are no restrictions on the number of products you can source.

To ensure we can collaborate directly with the best manufacturers, we require a minimum order value of $5,000 USD. This allows us to meet the Minimum Order Quantities and establish appropriate payment terms for our clients.

With the Basic Sourcing Package, you can request up to 10 products each year. If you need more, you can request an additional 5 products for a fee of $150 USD.

Many people believe that lower prices are not possible, but this is a misunderstanding. Our WEIN team often offers lower prices due to several factors. Our experienced team members negotiate effectively with Chinese manufacturers, buy in RMB, and can find manufacturers who don't have an export license or an English-speaking sales staff. This allows us to access a wider range of purchasing options.

All members need to import a minimum of $20,000 USD each year to maintain their membership for the next year.

Finding a supplier that meets your price and quality requirements involves understanding your business needs and ensuring successful outcomes. This includes ongoing sourcing, managing vendors and inventory, handling purchasing contracts, and addressing exchange rate fluctuations. In general, it entails establishing and managing your supply chain in China. Our WEIN team serves as a buying office, advocating for your interests in China.

If we believe that China is not the best location for producing your product, we will inform you right away. We are confident in our team's ability to deliver great results. However, if we cannot fulfill our promise, we will gladly refund your initial fee.

Our WEIN team collaborates only with manufacturers located in mainland China. Our partnerships include a wide range of factories across the country, from small ones with about 10 employees to large state-owned and publicly listed manufacturers that may employ 20,000 people or more.

Sourcing done poorly can be completed in under 30 seconds with a simple Google or Alibaba search. In contrast, Our WEIN team follows a detailed sourcing process that involves multiple steps. Generally, this sourcing process takes us about two weeks. However, if we also need to develop and ensure the quality of the sample before starting production, the timeline can extend from 2 weeks to 2 months before we can begin production.

You can request a refund only if our WEIN team has not found a price that is at least 3% lower than your original price for the same product and specifications.

Once you place an order, it usually takes the manufacturer 30 days to produce it. After production, our WEIN team conducts a Pre Shipment Inspection Quality Check.

Following this, we will arrange for the export of your order. The entire process from order placement to shipping typically takes about 5 weeks.

Depending on your location, shipping from most major ports in China to your local port can take between 2 to 6 weeks.

Once the goods arrive in your country, they will need to clear customs before delivery, which can take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

In total, the time from placing your order to receiving your goods can range from 8 to 14 weeks.
